LEVEL 2 EV CHARGER
A Level 2 charger runs on a 240-volt circuit, the same kind that powers an electric dryer or range, and charges far faster than the standard 120-volt cord that comes with most cars. In real terms, Level 1 might add 3 to 5 miles of range per hour, while a properly installed Level 2 charger can add 25 to 40-plus miles per hour, fully charging most EVs overnight.
